Damages and Issues

We take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the current item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
